Bad experience!
I bought a voucher for a basic medical check up, what details are listed in the details.
When I arrived at Mayapada, the registration staff took a while because they had to cross check back and forth to whoever. Then I was directed to the MCU staff for an examination. Even the MCU staff seems confused about what the basic MCU is like. I gave the details on the voucher at Traveloka & again he cross-checked back and forth with whoever. After a long time finally done the examination, and only tested for blood only. Even though the voucher stated blood & urine examination. Then proceed to the cashier, I was billed for payment which clearly stated that the voucher purchased at Traveloka PAID! The staff went back and forth asking who it was. Finally the staff screenshot my voucher as proof of payment.
For a hospital as big as Mayapada, it doesn't seem ready to sell products online & not ready systemically, so the staff is confused about how to redeem vouchers, we as customers are in trouble.
Bad management!
There is no coordination between marketing and Mayapada Hospital staff regarding the products being sold.
If you are not ready to sell online, it's better to wait first.
Losing to small salons, to redeem vouchers, just scan the barcode, then the customer's name comes out right away.
