Good service, friendly and satisfying.

Staff nya ramah dan sabur, namun dlm proses pendaftaran diminta mendaftar secara online, yg mana proses daftar online menjadi lama karena sistem nya lambat sekali.. Sehingga proses daftar menjadi lama.. Yg saya butuh kan rapid antigen, tp voucher saya di traveloka untuk rapid covid 19, akhirnya voucher traveloka saya gak kepake.. Saya pikir voucher saya bisa di alihkan ke rapid antigen dgn menambah kan kekurangannya saja, tapi ternyata tidak.. Akhir nya saya bayar Cash saja di klinik nya..

only supported by 1 officer with so many patients. the officer verifies the data, performs a rapid test, concludes the test results and sends the data via cellphone, shares the test results. The printer is damaged so that the clerk sends the data via HP to the printer rental to print the test results. arrived at 11.30, I couldn't test, waited after I finished taking a break, finally at 13.30 I just got tested, the information was the result of 1 hour the letter came out, waited until more than 1.5 hours I couldn't and was told to take it again after 4 in the afternoon.
