Overall, it's okay for taking care of children at the mall.

Kids are happy, the place is comfortable, there are small events at different times.

The ticket exchange process was quick and hassle-free. Security and facilities were adequate. There was a spacious waiting area with several sofas, where we could eat or drink while waiting. The staff was friendly and appeared to be cleaning the play area frequently.

This is my first time at Kidzoona Jogja City Mall. I was greeted by friendly staff. Ticket exchange was easy and straightforward. The place is not too spacious but it is quite interesting and easy to supervise the children playing. It happened that the DTG time was not too crowded so it was more comfortable. There is a waiting area to sit and relax while watching the children play. It's quite good to buy a full day ticket and be able to go in and out. The important thing is to bring the ticket.
