It was really fun, the prices were affordable, and the toys were quite varied. The most enjoyable part was at 4 o'clock on the weekend, last Saturday, there was a show and games from Team Kidzoona, so the kids were really happy 🥰

I can't remember how many times I've bought tickets at Kidzoona Lotte, as the mall is close to home, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of games to choose from. 👍🙏

The place is clean, safe, and suitable for children to play while learning. The staff inside are also friendly and helpful. My child really enjoyed playing here because there are many choices of toys and a fairly large area. However, when I arrived at the location, I just found out that children under 1 year old are free, and companions only need to pay IDR 30,000. Unfortunately, I had already bought a ticket on Traveloka at a higher price, so it was a bit of a loss. Maybe information like this can be explained more on the booking page so as not to confuse visitors. And unfortunately there is no comfortable place for mothers to breastfeed babies. Overall, I am still satisfied because the child is happy but it would be more economical if I bought it directly on the spot (especially if you bring a baby).
