The staff is friendly, the pool is also nice, cute.

The slide seems too slippery, several times I saw people almost getting thrown off. There are a lot of single tires, but there seem to be not enough double tires.

Ticket prices are more affordable. Facilities are okay. There is a wave pool and the waves are quite big. Feels like a real beach.

when exchanging tickets, there was a bit of a wait but it was okay, the staff was helpful. The pool was clean and not too crowded. The rinsing area was also clean. It's suitable for bringing children on vacation here.

Overall, I was really satisfied playing in the water here, it's just that the voucher exchange took quite a long time... I don't know what the problem was, but I definitely think it took too long...

The Facilities just not worthed. the water were all cold, even the shower. The wave pool schedule should be at 15:30, but the facility haven't open until 16:00...the staffs also not fast response. there were some child that poop on the side of the pool. but the staff just kinda confused of what to do. once in the lifetime to play there. thank you
