2 long-awaited rides are under maintenance...a bit disappointed

Overall okay, good service and very comfortable place, clean.

Playing during school holidays, but there are limited staff on duty. I wanted to try climbing, but I had to wait about 10 minutes for staff to arrive. The same goes for other rides like the flying fox. School holidays should be an opportunity for management to optimize existing staff. Customers who wait long hours are wasting their time.

fast ticket exchange, need to buy additional anti-slip socks because it is not included in the ticket, and it is mandatory to wear anti-slip socks because on average there are many slippery toys inside so it is safer to wear them. overall the toys are fun, complete and safe, there is a wall climb, there is a special one for adults to climb on the flying fox for those who are afraid of heights, it is not recommended. for children under 135cm tall, 1 companion is free. suggestion to play for 3 hours straight, an hour doesn't feel like it. hope it helps!

The staff from the counter to the rides are very helpful. The place is fun.

There are too few staff to supervise all areas, especially in the flying fox area where there are spots without safety fences on the right and left, even though in the middle there is a footpath that is in a high and dangerous place.

Very fun. An exciting experience, it feels like playing ninja warrior, hahaha.
