The place is good. The quality of all facilities is good since it is a new playground. But it is too small when it comes to a lot of children on the weekend.

Buying vouchers in the app is much more economical. There are quite a few games, including pretend play, but there's only one slide. There's also a ride on the odong-odong (a kind of amusement park) that might cost extra.

My 2-year-old daughter was very happy playing here. The location is great, close to the parking lot, so you don't have to go far into the mall.

The staff were very helpful when exchanging vouchers/tickets. My child really enjoyed playing in this playground. My husband felt comfortable waiting because there were tables and chairs inside the playground, and there was also a mini cafe/market so we could buy drinks and snacks. The downside was the many flies, which was very annoying. When the staff was tidying up the toys, they didn't say excuse me when I was sitting with my child who was playing in the area being tidied up by the staff. The staff were also only friendly to foreign children, my local child was ignored even though he was in the same place as the foreign child.

The playground is interesting, but it's a shame that it's hot, maybe because it's on the ground floor. It seems like there aren't enough guards because the messy toys aren't tidied up regularly like in other playgrounds where guards usually go around every hour to tidy up the messy toys before they can be used again. Friendly staff, clean playground and lots of games that make the kids feel at home playing here. It's a bit hot, but not cold enough, my suggestion is to add air conditioning so that we parents will be more comfortable and not feel hot when we have to follow the kids playing.

It's just sad because when I went there, there was only one staff at the cashier and no staff to supervise the playground because there were lots of children and their parents eating in the playground area. Just imagine eating ice cream while entering the ball and sand play area, how dirty would it be 🥲

All good, the place isn't too big. There are quite a lot of games. The signal is a bit slow because the playground area is in the second basement.

The toys was ok, the area also fine. But lack of staff and when it was packed with parents and kids, the area seemed very dirty and toys all over. Should hire more staff to clean up and look after the toys and children

The staff is very friendly and helpful, there are quite a lot of toys, but because there are a lot of visitors, there are a lot of toy stands with toys scattered everywhere, like cake stands on shelves, who knows where the cakes are, or in toy houses, the dolls are nowhere to be found, lol. But so far the place is clean, the choice of toys is very wide. The only drawback is the weak signal, maybe because it's on the basement floor. But from my experience playing there twice, the staff is friendly and helpful.
