So far it's okay, the kids are happy playing in the Kids Box, it's clean and the staff are helpful 🙂

initially the reason is not wide, there are only a few games but it's fun. There is a claw machine that is free to access (please add more claw machines so there's no queue). All the staff are friendly, helpful, easy to claim vouchers, very friendly. The only drawback is the locker area, the floor is very slippery (Not friendly for shoes, I sat there in 1 hour there were 3 children who slipped, fell). If it's a normal walk, it's okay, but children like to run around, especially when they're excited, they'll fall over. Other than that, it's really fun. God willing, I'll come again. 🥰

Although smaller than Kidzooona, the games are quite complete. The place is also clean and comfortable so my child is happy to play all day. What makes my child happy are electric cars and bicycles plus there are claw toys, basketball, etc. that can be played as much as they want. Next time, I will definitely stop by here again.

There was a missed communication between traveloka and kidsbox aeon mall tanjung barat. The price listed is not the same as the price in different places so it cannot be redeemed because holiday season. Please update the prices of kids box aeon and traveloka when there is a special season like this holiday season.

Staff at the location are equally friendly Hunble Cekatan

the staff is very friendly, but when asked about general cleaning because it's the end of the high season (New Year's Day on the 1st) they hesitated to answer. well, we just say Allahualam with the cleanliness. they answered that there is a general cleaning schedule, but because it's the high season, something as big as Kidzoona Group should have help for cleaning, it could be a good superior market if you do it, no loss. everything is safe from bacteria/viruses.
