The place is very spacious, nice and safe for children.

The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the ticket exchange process is easy and fast. Basically everything is easy and we can get in and out easily.

The staff is helpful, but unfortunately the place is not very spacious. There is no place to eat either, so if you want to eat you have to go out to the food court. So far so good, the price is also very affordable, you can play all day long

older brother (11 years old) and younger brother (6 years old) can have fun together, there are several staff on duty at the play area, the location and available toys are clean and comfortable. You can enter and exit the area with permission from the staff on duty so that it is still possible for children and companions to go to the toilet, pray, or eat

sooooo much fun! there are lots of toys and the older siblings are very kind and take good care of them. for the price of playing as much as you like, it's quite cheap.

The staff is stiff, I can't go to the toilet, someone has to wait and then I'm asked to pay 20 thousand even though it only takes 6 minutes to go to the toilet

Before I bought the ticket on the app, I asked Simba first, but he didn't tell me that it would close in 1 hour. Finally, I bought the ticket. When I wanted to give him the ticket voucher, he said it would close in 1 hour. I swear, I was so annoyed. Why didn't he tell me from the start? It was clear that my children wanted to play there. They should have confirmed that it was going to close! So, playing was not satisfying, they were really rushed.

The play facilities still look new. Hopefully the facilities are well maintained.

The place is ok but you can't leave your child even for a moment to go to the toilet so it's quite troublesome when your child doesn't want to come along.
