Yesterday I came during the holidays, and this is my family and I's perspective. Fun: Being able to experience this kind of entertainment was very impressive and enjoyable. It's perfect for those who want to bring their extended family, but perhaps less suitable for those who want family time with their little ones. Needs improvement: Because it's honestly so busy during the holiday season, the staff is overwhelmed (especially in the cafeteria). Please find a solution. Many of the shower covers in the bathrooms are coming off (perhaps they can be fixed when we're free), because waiting in line for a shower is quite annoying. Other than that, you can experience the fun and facilities for yourself. It's worth trying as an experience. Rating 4 out of 5

The swimming pool is more specifically for children, the staff are friendly.

The place is clean, the water quality is good, and the service is friendly.

If it's low season, it's worth it, but it's not nice to see the edge of the pool, there's a lot of dirt, so if you go in from the edge, there's a lot of sand on your feet, the water is dirty, just for swimming, it's better to buy a Silver ticket, it's all access, but I don't know what it's like in high season.

The place is nice, there's a pool for toddlers. The staff is also friendly. However, perhaps because I went on a weekend and during school holidays, there were a lot of visitors, so the bathrooms were a bit dirty, and some of the bathroom stalls didn't have running water. Everything else was fine.

waterpark is friendly for children and toddlers, there is a special pool for toddlers with a location at the bottom of the building so it stays cool and not exposed to the sun's rays. friendly service, and quite helpful. the ticket package is also complete. we tried the gold ticket with facilities that include ice cream, popcorn and playing claw machines at Ramayana.

The unique thing about Tropikana is that it has a wave ride facility, although it is limited to being turned on for only about 15-20 minutes. Platinum entrance tickets provide a free voucher to play in the Outdoor Playground Play Zone.
