i bought ticket on traveloka app and got ticket number. I took my 2 kids to Fanpekka counter but the staff didn't know what to do and had to call the Manager. My children and I had to wait quite a while. While other people pay in cash, it's all gone. The manager kept asking me to give a new QR code, but that code is not available on the app. Standing around for a while, I finally tried to open the email sent to me by traveloka and the QR code was in the attached bill.
It took time, the whole process was unprofessional.
