The process is quite fast, when you arrive you are immediately asked and just give the booking code voucher to redeem, then you are immediately directed to play, the game is quite long and really fun, the waiting area is also spacious, the staff is friendly, loveeeeee

friendly staff, assisted from new to parking. easy redeem process, good service. based on experience it is better to buy vouchers online than to come on the spot and have to bargain for the price.

All staff are very friendly, location is easy to access. Place is very clean, toilet and changing area are very clean. Guide is friendly, price is competitive, but guaranteed top not regret.

I highly recommend the NCB Benoa! Everyone should try their water sports activities, especially the jet ski and parasailing, because they’re so much fun! All the staff were very welcoming, the safety was great, and we will definitely be coming back.

The staff were too friendly and kept offering things, but they scared us not to bring our phones and had to use the photo service there. We deliberately only ordered a banana boat because after that we already had another list.

This is bad. As solo traveller im not comfortable. The jet ski instructor is trying to flirting customer. Asking some personal things. That only i want is enjoying the 15 minutes moment and learn more about jet ski. But 15 minutes with the instructor is like want to stop in a minutes. Mind the attitude please. People come there to enjoy the game 🙄
