The place is called Ciwa Sempurna. The entire experience took about 1.5 to 2 hours but you only up in the air for about 1 min and 30 sec. I asked someone to record a video and the video literally only lasted 1 min and 30 sec! They advertised between 5 and 10 mins in the air but it’s not even close to that. A lot of waiting around, transferred the boat twice on the way there, and transferred twice again on the way back. I most definitely don’t recommend this place.

The parasailing ride lasted only a short time, but it took a long time to get to the middle. Photo and video services are different, paying 300,000-350,000 Rupiah (excluding game services). The videos and photos are unprofessional, as if they're not sincere. The video is dark, and when you're about to climb, you don't take the video. When you're at the top, the front and back of the glass are in the sun.

the location is not clear, arriving at the location is not served well, seems to prefer cash transactions so online purchases are not responded to quickly. the parasailing time was not as advertised.

The officers and staff are very friendly and helpful. For parasailing about 5 minutes, with competitive prices. The tip is to come as early as possible before it gets crowded. Just park the car on the edges so it's easy to get out.

For those who want to go to Tanjung Benoa, it's better to order from Traveloka. if you go directly there, the price of ordering the game is 2x even 3x because it uses a dollar rate
