The car overturned twice, but the guide was very encouraging. My teammates were also very nice.

This agency was extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and showed a terrible attitude from start to finish. The night before my tour, at around 21:45, they suddenly told me I had to change my booking from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM due to “no availability.” This was after Kuber ATV’s working hours, so there was no way to verify anything or try other options. Annoying, but fine — it was buried in the fine print, so I accepted it. They confirmed the new time for 11:30 AM, so I rearranged my entire schedule and transportation to arrive by 11:00 AM as requested. Then, on the morning of the tour at 9:15 AM, while I was already out starting my day, they messaged me again saying they would refund the tour due to a so-called “double booking by my driver.” This was a complete lie — I didn’t ask anyone else to book anything. I only had this ONE booking, through them. When I confronted them, they came back with a shady and unacceptable proposal: to book me for the next day under a fake name, without informing my driver or anyone else. I couldn’t believe a company was actually suggesting this as a “solution.” Because of this, I had to redo my whole day and rely on my driver (from a different and much more reliable agency) to get me a same-day booking elsewhere. Of course, it was more expensive because it was last minute, and I had no choice if I wanted to salvage the day. I ended up paying more, losing time, and it seriously disrupted my holiday. I strongly advise people NOT to book with this agency. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and clearly don’t care about their customers. Traveloka should take action and stop allowing businesses like this on their platform, because this behavior is simply unacceptable.

Had a really fun trip, like an hour and a half, amazing Bali views, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The best ATV track I've ever tried around Ubud. The flexible schedule includes lunch. Just be prepared to bring money for a locker and towel deposit; otherwise, your ID or phone will be used as collateral.

Excellent experience going through the jungle and through the water fall. Lunch supplied as well as welcome drink. Wellington boots supplied. Good idea to take spare shorts and towel as you will get a little bit wet but totally worth it. Such a fun experience

This was absolutely adventurous!!! From the time we got there, it was nonstop fun from the trails to the waterfalls, even to the group that we were in!!! We had an awesome tour guide who led us through the trail and even took our phones to capture really good footage of all of us. It’s quite a drive away from our hotel in Kuta, but it was well worth it!

I want to come back here again. Beautiful and complete views.

Best ATV experience with a very professional and friendly driver

Exciting and fun ATV, challenging climbs and descents, entering an exciting cave with a long route, a complete package for KUBER, clean toilets and fragrant towels.

Kuber Bali is so much fun and so safe!! Even my parents can join and really enjoy it! The guide is very friendly and helpful, along the route we were photographed and videoed with satisfying results. Was a very fun experience, the guide lead managed speed especially during descend, also very skilled and helpful. The cave is bit tricky to navigate tho.
