All the staff were wholesome and friendly. The process went very smoothly, with no waiting time as well. We were all really enjoying the rides. The equipment was proper and clean too, so no worries.

The jet ski was great, the driver was good, and we were given 15 minutes to spin. We added parasailing, but we were only given 2 minutes.

They own the biggest watersport in Tj. Benoa. Very professional and the equipment are all well maintained. The guide leader Bu Santi shown good hospitality and offered discounts and no hard upselling, which was comforting because I did not want to deal with bargaining during my holiday. Team at the field, we can say, is just normal and average. But the team at snorkeling are very warm.

It was fun for the price, but not what I expected. I thought they'd rent drones, but that's all. But oh well, it was just for the price, not what I expected.

Professional, very busy, indeed the biggest and most crowded.

Fun, the staff is very good. I especially thank Mrs. Maria as the guide staff for helping me return my glasses that were lost in the locker. I also thank Mr. Nyoman in the jetski section who helped me videotape in the middle of the sea, I had promised to give a tip but after that I didn't get to meet Mr. Nyoman again. Highly recommended here.

Lack of dedication. The promised 15 minutes of play time, but within 10 minutes, my kids were already taken down. When I complained to the lady who had taken my booking, Fitri, she just laughed. It would have been better to warn them from the start that the 15-minute limit was actually there.
