The tour was good. I highly recommend taking this tour if you're in Hanoi. The only thing I'd say can be improved is to perhaps omit the bicycle ride because I think it's a bit redundant. If this is omitted, then the lunch break can be longer.

The tour was very well organized. I booked the day before and the tour team contacted me promptly. On the day of the tour, I was picked up by bus from my hotel (the Old Quarter), the tour started on time, and then dropped off back at my hotel. The views at Trang An (I chose Trang An, not Tam Coc) were truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this if you're in Hanoi. I skipped the last stop (Mua Cave) because it was very hot and involved a lot of stairs.

The tour itinerary is very reasonable, visiting many places and each place is not too long. The tour guide is enthusiastic, dedicated, speaking both Vietnamese and English. The car is luxurious, comfortable to sit in. Two bottles of water are provided. The food is edible, with many dishes.

Everything runs perfectly with Kaylee's help before the tour starts, and Berry, the capybara man, works really hard and really informs us of everything within the tour. Will definitely come back to book another tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
