I don't know if it is luck or not, but it is lovely to visit Ba Na Hills during cold and rainy days, as its fog makes it super cool and mystical. Ez, the tour guide, was also friendly. He gave us a gift after the trip. Overall, the tour is enjoyable because the tour guide allows us to roam freely for a specific time period in each place, including the Golden Bridge/Flower Garden, and French Village, and I managed to explore the places as thoroughly as possible. There are many things you can do, such as sightseeing and playing in the amusement park, which are already included in the package.

At first, I planned to go by myself, but booking a tour is very convenient for logistics and the price is much better, especially when my family has elderly people, and there is a private car to pick up and drop off comfortably.

The tour guide asks for tips, the tour does not prepare a raincoat for the customer, the guide does not care about the tour guests, the tour experience is very bad, making the tour customers extremely uncomfortable.

They pick u up at your hotel and take you there. They are very experienced with their route and knowledgeable of its history. The buffet was good with many selections. Ba Na Hills is definitely a place you must visit. I had a wonderful time, besides its fogginess that makes it hard to see the beautiful structures.
