Great experience ever! 😆 You should try alpine coaster, golden bridge, and cable car.

very nice and beautiful place, if you go here it is better to go in the summer in June-August so it is not too foggy

My family went at the end of January, the weather at Ba Na was beautiful and cool, the tour guide was enthusiastic, the lunch buffet had a variety of dishes, everyone was full.

We visited Ba Na Hill during raining season. Despite not able to see 50% of what the view and activities could offer, we had a good time. The tour guide, Thao, was friendly, excellent communication, managing time and the group very well, providing great information and tips.

Worth the experience. Worth it. Tour guide Tea is very cute.

Had a great time. Clear itinerary and lots of things to do there. Went for roller coaster ride and wax museum. If you don't want to do any rides, you can just chill, stroll around, and enjoy the foods and drinks. I'd recommend to get the VIP pass (less queue!).

Hdv ok. Tour service is ok. Food is ok. The only thing is that there are too many customers, long queues and it's hot. Let me tell you, I probably won't go again.

the food is delicious, but for muslims need to be careful because there is a lot of pork. ba na hills is very beautiful, must visit lah! for the service from the tour guide is just ordinary. but this tour is quite cheap

great experience, the tour started with bus, and then cable car, next train, finally another cable car. Many beautiful spots to take photos. There is a cheap self riding roller coaster which ends to amusement park. The free lunch has many choices but the queue was terrible.

It's good to come here and just order lunch because there are lots of 4 season menus

The tour operator called and asked for an extra 500k VND ($20) in cash because it was a holiday. We said fine because we would have tipped them anyways. They called back a little bit later and said that wanted an extra 350k VND ($14) per person because the package I booked was for Vietnam citizens only. There was no where in the package where it indicated that it was for Vietnamese citizens only. We have been trying to get a refund from Traveloka for days. We really trusted Traveloka because we booked flights here fine. However, after this experience, I do not have faith in the legitimacy of tour operators. We thought that this is the safer option. I really hope we get our money back because it would really do not want to lose $300 USD.
