Went on a rainy day. Got caught in the storm =))) But still had fun and had memories. The tour guide was enthusiastic and understanding. Lended hats, raincoats, and headphones for the tour throughout the trip. Buying online is cheaper, but it was tiring to exchange tickets and find a counter.

The instructions do not match the actual route and location of the vehicle, so it is very annoying because you do not know which location you are passing. The introduction should be given according to the vehicle's location or the operator should give the introduction accordingly.

Went on the day of the parade so the travel time was doubled, but in return I got to see Hanoi from a different perspective + everyone was very supportive.

Getting to walk around and feel the atmosphere of Hanoi is worth the money.

The guides on the bus are helpful, and in some spots there are guides too. They also give recommendations of recommended places to visit.

Bus tickets are very helpful... I happened to order this on a national holiday. The ticket exchange location is a bit confusing. Traveloka also didn't help much because Traveloka also asked the provider. It's better to help confirm directly with the hotel, usually the hotel knows the ticket exchange schedule.

Suggest Traveloka update tour status even on holidays, avoid like me today. Booked tickets with departure point at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square but in fact due to holiday schedule, the departure point is at the Opera House. And when going to the walking street, these two points are far apart, traveling takes a lot of time. So I feel dissatisfied with this point.

The trip was great. Nice weather, beautiful view and a good photographer. The staff were enthusiastic and lovely.

Scam, last bus is 19:30 but they still sell tickets until 22:00.
