The jeep was clean and quite decent. The tour guide was also friendly. However, we weren't taken to Aras, only to Sunrise Point Bukit Cinta. The reason was because it was crowded. Anyway, we were fine with it, but we hadn't tried the climb up yet, but they already told us it was crowded. Our tour guide was waiting in the car, so we explored on our own.

The tour guide didn't take us to the top because it was too crowded. So we stopped at Sunrise Point Bukit Cinta. The tour guide just stayed in the car, so we were free to go anywhere. He was very friendly, so we accepted it. Hehe

Overall tour was amazing, the tour guide was very helpful. A magical experience that combines adventure, stunning scenery, and unforgettable moments. Thank you.

Yesterday's trip to Mount Bromo was a truly memorable experience. We were guided by a highly experienced driver—friendly, communicative, and well-versed in the terrain and the best times to enjoy each spot. The trip felt safe and comfortable, even through the sandy areas and challenging climbs. The driver also helped direct us and occasionally took photos, allowing us to enjoy the moment at our own pace. However, we didn't take the package that included a photographer. If we had chosen that package from the start, the trip would have been much more enjoyable and the results would have been even better, given Bromo's breathtaking views. Overall, this trip was very satisfying and highly recommended. Going forward, it would be even better to opt for the all-inclusive package so we could capture every moment even better.

A wonderful experience defined by great people. The tour offered refreshing transparency with absolutely no hidden fees, and our driver went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. While the organizational side of the tour was a little inefficient and could be tightened up to save time, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. We had a great time and felt genuinely well looked after.

Schedule Ok, very well organized. But pick up not really early so that we couldn’t get the best spot at the top view. However, still beautifull view from the mountain side.
