The tour guide Elias and the captain of the speedboat are friendly and helpful. It was a great time to explore Komodo National Park. I definitely would like to recommend East Cruise to my friends ☺️

We purchased it officially and were picked up on time. However, when the tsunami sirens sounded, we were told to go home alone and run to higher ground. We didn't know where that higher ground was. Luckily, there was no tsunami. I don't recommend this experience. It was a mixture of ignorance and anxiety. We were refunded and given another voucher for the same experience, valid until the end of 2026. 😂😂😂

Even though our itinerary was changed during bad weather, I still enjoyed this trip. The crew was excellent, and they were friendly and nice.

The staff is really awesome, especially my tour guide: Rico. The place is 100% amazing!! The spot is mind-blowing, and we found a big Komodo dragon there! Lots of good hospitality from the crew.

So happy to use their service. The itinerary was just perfect. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were able to see 3 or 4 Komodo dragons, deers, while snorkeling we saw baby sharks, manta rays, turtles, and a variety of fish. Padar Island was just too beautiful to hike, I can’t believe my eyes! A few comments: maybe it’s better to inform guests who have never been on a speedboat or done any snorkeling to be prepared correctly. For example, if one uses glasses, perhaps come with contact lenses. Things like that. Also, the toilets at Pink Beach were not available, so it’s better to notify guests so people are prepared beforehand. I’d suggest all tour operators have a discussion with the local government to provide this basic necessity (toilets in particular, better signage). It’s crucial to get the simple things right. Anyway, it’s been a great memory-making experience. Very recommended.

I made a slight mistake when booking the tour, but the staff were incredibly helpful. Ticket check-in was also smooth. The tour itself was also excellent, starting with the very friendly tour guide, who explained everything well with the occasional humor. He patiently guided us through each location. It was truly a great experience.

The entire East Cruise crew was very helpful to all the tour participants. Everything went smoothly and well. Even nature was kind, as the ocean currents were calm and the weather was clear during our cruise. Thank God. Thank you East Cruise for the memorable moments.
