Hi, I will not take this trip anything from Traveloka , I already arrived early in Torokko station 9 AM, and hell had no Guide no sign. and then I bought the ticket and trip by ourselves. Well they didn’t sent my notification or email me or texted me day before. What the terrible trip ever was. I booked Nikko trip from Klook, the sent me a message before and give the exactly point meeting and sign. please improve your service. Totally I got dispointed☹️☹️

Twice we missed this tour through no fault of our own and we get no help

We were glad we booked this tour. It’s easier to navigate around and the tickets are settled by the tour guide. she tried her best to communicate with us in English. The boat ride was relaxing that we almost feel sleepy and love to be around nature.
