The tour guide is very nice. The bus, cruise, food, and the scenery are all fantastic.

The service was okay, good, the last time there was live music on the cruise on the 3rd floor, a fun one day tour.

The sunset party was fun, the staff was friendly

overall, it's a wonderfull trip.

The boat was fine, food was ok but althought they said it ayce buffet, some food did get refilled. Quite sad that no free drink even water on the boat. Itin quite good, only 3 places but all good. There was sunset party on the way back, cool

An exciting experience to Halong Bay with Cozy Bay, highly recommended even though we used a standard bus, the bus was very comfortable. The guide will tell you what you can and cannot buy, such as the free key chains in the cave. Thank you

I thought the car would have a charging station because I went on another tour that had a charging station. Other than that everything was fine.

I was searching for a Halong Bay tour and found a blog that said the Cozy Bay tour was very good, so I searched for sites like Tripadvisor and KKday. aplication handles it and has a Japanese corporation, so I booked with aplication. As the blog said, the Halong Bay tour was very comfortable and I was able to participate with peace of mind. There was also a Japanese tour, but it was a bit expensive, so I booked an English tour even though I couldn't speak English. MINH Pham, the Cozy Bay tour guide, was kind to us who were not good at English, and I was able to spend time with peace of mind during the tour. If there is a point to note on this tour, it is the hike to the observation deck on Ti Top Island. The stairs are steep from the start of the climb, so be prepared and aim for the top. My wife and I in our 50s gave up early and spent time on the beach terrace. On the way back, a tea party with a DJ was held on the ship, and people of various races were having fun. I think it's a party with an atmosphere that you can't experience on a tour only for Japanese people. A little about aplication. I inquired about some questions about this tour, and the Japanese staff responded and responded quickly. I was able to use aplication with great peace of mind. I felt that aplication is a site that I would like to use in the future.

The trip was totally worth it but it could been a lot better if it wasn’t for the rain.

Everything about this tour, from the itinerary, cruise facilities, food to the services are excellent! Highly recommended!

Quality tour, enthusiastic and lovely tour guide.

It was an amazing tour. There was a bit of confusion when we all gathered at the port — there were lots of people, many guides, and everyone kind of scattered. It wasn’t clear where we should wait or how long we had to wait. But in the end, everything turned out fine. The service was great too — thank you very much! Views are breathtaking!

Nice experience !! The Halong Bay is fantastic. I really enjoyed the boat ride. The bus transport was also very luxurious. Reasonably priced (take into that tips included makes it all a bit more expensive). I would drop the oyster farm stop, though. Takes too much time and is tourist trap.
