picked the morning schedule, turns out it was just me. got picked up at hotel on time. guide is very nice and welcoming, telling interesting stories about penang. we went to burmese and thai temples, coffee tree shop, temple uphill, penang hill with funicular, georgetown area, jetty. the price you pay is included express ticket to penang hill and funicular ticket at the temple. it was really worth it and it was really fun. if you want to spend more time at penang hill, better be quick at other places. before the tour, you have to confirm your booking by texting the tour agency through whatsapp. but the number doesnt seem to active so i had to search it up myself.

it was supposed to be a group tour but i was the only one joining at that schedule. the tour covers some interesting and must-visit places in Penang? including the funicular ride to Penang Hill. The driver (also the tour guide) explains everything about Penang. He also took me to Coffee Tree where you can try their coffee, chocolate, and herbal tea variations, and the coffee was soooo goood. The tour was worth the price and this is more than I expected with this price. It was reaaallyyy worth it! :)

The tour guide was very friendly, skill full & professional, thx to Mr. Shawn. But I was disappointed with Traveloka & their partner in Penang (travel vago). Very unprofessional. I booked for July 8th. But until 8:30 no one picked me up at the hotel. Finally I called them to ask about the tour package I bought. After I called, they finally gave me the tour guide's cellphone number & car plate number. And the tour will start at 10, even though it should be 8:30. But they gave the wrong information about the tour package I bought to the tour guide. It looks careless. Communication between Traveloka and Travel Vago is poor. Worse still, they did not provide any compensation for their stupidity. For Indonesian travelers, it is better to buy from other applications.

Very impressive, Mr. John who guided us was very super nice and fun. It's just that I don't understand the voucher given by Traveloka for which tour so it's not used. The rest is very amazing

Went through the trip with Ronnie Ranjit as our tour guide. He’s very friendly, knowledgable, and accomodating based on our preferences. The highlight of the day was the Penang Hill trip with the Express Ticket. The tour guide recommended me to ride the funicular train on the first row to get the best view. It was stunning and it was a nice trekking experience too inside the Habitat. Then we continued the journey to visit a lot of temples around Penang as well as the famous Street Art and Coffee shop. He also explained in detail about the history behind every place that we visited, including the name origins, historical sites along the way, and much more. Thank you so much! Highly recommended and worth it because that price includes tickets to Penang Hill on the Fast Lane route and back (no need to queue). The guide on behalf of G-Shen was very patient and good at explaining tourist locations. And he wanted to pick us up directly from Penang Airport. The vehicle is also good (Innova Venturer). Top!

Your group turns into a private tour with the aim of being very flexible according to your wishes without being pressed for time. An extraordinary experience, because Goh, an experienced and well-knowledged guide. I can see history, culture and culinary delights. The facilities provided were very satisfying, the vehicles were comfortable, drinks and fans were provided.

The tour leader was very punctual in his pick-up time, the vehicle was also very comfortable, the explanation of tourist attractions was very detailed, and nothing was out of the itinerary.

driver is polite and flexible in suggesting changes to itinerary in view of the rain. he also brought us to buy grean bean pastries when we asked about local souvenirs. he has been great in answering our random questions about malaysia and penang too. however, he seems more like a driver who sends us to different places, rather than a tour guide who will explain the history etc of the places that we are visiting.

The open trip becomes a private trip because no one else is participating. At first I was hesitant because I didn't reply every time, so I decided to just wait at the hotel for pick-up, if I don't get picked up, I'll walk alone. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. He explained about the history of the locations. He came on time and never rushed to complete any tour spot on time and gave sufficient time for viewing the attraction.
