I think this package is overpriced because we only get admission to the Surabaya Zoo (KBS) without any additional fees. Public admission to KBS is only 15,000 rupiah, while I had to pay 175,000 rupiah per person with this package. While we did get pick-up from our hotel to KBS with a car and driver, the hotel is very close to KBS, and we have to pay extra to see other attractions, like the aquarium, inside KBS. The KBS tour, without other attractions, only takes two hours. So, I suggest reviewing the price, or perhaps including other attractions in the ticket.

This is NOT a TOUR. It is simply overpriced transportation to and from the zoo. Driver drops you off and picks you up. There is no guided tour of the actual zoo with this package. Better, cheaper and easier, to use grab, gojek, or even bluebird.
