Staffs are very friendly and helpful! The itinerary was arranged very well and on time. Overall, superb!

they told us to arrive at sanur at 7.30 AM. but then we ended up waiting for very very long, and the boat departed at 9.00 AM 🤦🏻‍♀️ after that we have to wait again in the meeting point for like 30 minutes. the tour guide were not friendly at all. they seem to be in a hurry and they didn’t explain and give instructions about the snorkeling at all. i said this is my first time and the guy mocked me. wth? the whole snorkeling experience felt like rushing from one point to another. cant enjoy watching fish at all. we just had like 5-10 minutes for each point! oh not to mention the poor quality of the snorkel equipment. sea water got in my eyes, nose and mouth. also the lunch tasted bad. not recommended.
