Great value for money. The pick up in Malang was smooth, and we get to take pictures from multiple scenic views of the Bromo National Park. The photographer of the tour will also take great pictures of the participants for no extra charge. Highly recommended.

The tour guide was very friendly and informative, and the transportation was excellent. We were picked up at my hotel and then dropped off at the end of the tour. For my first time visiting Bromo, this tour was incredibly helpful and a truly memorable experience. 🫶🏻

Even though the weather was less than favorable and foggy, the tour guide was still able to provide some pretty good photo spots. Although we missed the jacket rental stop and ended up freezing at the sunrise point, the trip was overall enjoyable and enjoyable.

The first time I went to Bromo by joining the sunrise tour package here, I will not regret it because of the fast response, making the decision to arrive early to avoid traffic jams on the way to sunrise, and the service is very good in my opinion.

Smartway contacted me effectively through WhatsApp. Coordination was smooth. On the D-day, the pick-up cars and drivers were on-time, and jeeps were still in good condition. There were 8 of us, and we managed to get 2 professional jeep drivers who fully understand the way to Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru. The Tour Leader was also acting as our photographer. He was so calm and patient in guiding old ladies and gentlemen like us. During the ride, they provided us with 600ml mineral water, 1 bread, and 1 choco bar. Thanks Mas Faiq, Mas Heldi, Mas Wawan, Mas Feril, and Mas Dana.

It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth visiting, especially since the guide was great at taking photos. Upon arrival at the jeep meeting point, we paid the guide in cash: IDR 225,000 per person plus a fuel surcharge of IDR 50,000, totaling IDR 275,000 × 3 = IDR 825,000.

So happy, didn't expect it to be this exciting! It was my first time to Bromo and I couldn't believe I chose the wrong tour operator. The tour guide and photographer were so awesome! Kudos to Mr. Alif! His videography skills are incredible! It felt like a post-wedding photo shoot. The video can't be uploaded to the review, so one sentence to describe it: it didn't need much editing and was already worthy of an IG reel! And the driver, Mr. Salim, oh my, was truly tough on the terrain. He didn't drive recklessly, and he chose the route very carefully even though it was off-road, but we weren't too bumpy behind him. Overall, very good! As for suggestions, the confirmation process at the beginning had to be repeated because it seemed to be auto-assisted by AI, but then it had to be reconfirmed at the end. It wasn't quite seamless. That's the only thing I think needs a little improvement. The pick-up and drop-off process was also good, even though we didn't use a direct shuttle from Smartway, the selection of online taxi drivers was also very good, the drivers didn't drive recklessly, which is an important point for me. The delivery driver from Malang and the hardtop car driver were very friendly. However, it was less comfortable when many street vendors kept crowding visitors hoping to buy their wares.
