You can arrive and take a jeep earlier if you reach your destination. However, if possible, it's best to take the sunrise option. We took the sunset package because we had a toddler and needed to accommodate his schedule, but by the time we reached the summit, it was already very foggy. The ride was smooth and pleasant, and the driver was friendly.
