Buying through the app is actually cheaper. I've been there in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and today I tried it in Hue and it was great value for money. You should definitely give it a try!

Everything was fine, breakfast was delicious. However, the manager of the breakfast restaurant kept closely monitoring the customers while they ate, which was very annoying.

I think booking a double-decker bus is the right choice. You should go through all the stops first, then decide which one you want to spend the most time at.

The weather was pleasant on the bus on the last evening of March. The tour guide mentioned the places we would visit! It seemed okay; everyone learned about many famous places in Hue.

The tour guide was enthusiastic, but his Hue accent meant I couldn't understand many parts of the conversation, huhu ㅠㅠ The ride was quite comfortable and cool.

On New Year's Day, I used two children's tickets for my kids to experience the double-decker bus in Hue.

I went at 11 am on December 23, 2025. The weather and scenery were beautiful. The staff were very helpful. You should definitely go when you come to Hue!

The tour advice was good, the only thing is that the actual time will differ from the pictures online; the staff on the bus will confirm the exact date. Because we went during off-peak season, the bus didn't stop and pick up passengers at every station, only stopping when passengers had been advised to get on and off at a certain point. For a 4-hour ticket, it's best to choose to get off at 2 stations, and you can stop at a third station and explore if you want (instead of getting back on the bus).

The tour guides are very attentive about the schedule, equipped with headphones to listen to music and introduce the tour guide's locations. However, there are still some machines that have errors that do not produce sound and need to be fixed immediately.

I think it is better to go in the morning to observe the places more clearly, although not as sparkling as at night. I expect to be provided with more explanatory information.

Unfortunately it was raining, so I couldn't go upstairs. I took a late flight so it was a bit cold. You should experience it once.

The bus was canceled without any reason. The customer had to wait another hour for the next trip. When the customer did not go and asked for a refund, they did not support the customer but gave an unpleasant look.
