Previously, I bought my EZ Link card directly at the EZ Link card point. For this trip, I tried buying a voucher through the app and exchanging it at Changi Airport. Initially, I had trouble finding the voucher exchange location. For those of you who bought your voucher through the app, don't worry, there's a Changi Recommends section in each Arrivals Hall at each terminal. There, you show the barcode from your app voucher, and they'll scan it and give you your EZ Link card.

It's really really fast and convenient to acquire the cards at the Changi Airport. However, from my own experience, S$5 was not enough for my Singapore trip; it ran out of balance so quickly. I just hope EZ-Link has an option to top up online for foreigners. If so, that would be an excellent experience.
