I arrived at Narita Airport Terminal 2 and immediately went to the basement via escalator. Follow the train signs; Keisei is blue. Exchange was easy, you can do it directly at the ticket machine. Luckily, there was a staff member on duty who was quick to help. To get on the train, you have to go down one more floor. Just wait for the train to arrive and queue according to your carriage number. The train schedule was on time. Thank you.

I have a very hard time trying to find the station and platform for this. Ended up using another train to Narita instead as my flight was very soon. But the train from Narita to Central Tokyo is very good tho!
