Nice trip with boat, the boat have aircon and good for sightseeing. But the time schedule is not fix, so expect delay in boarding the boat and queuing. But overall it is a good experience and alternative for travel.

Good Experience & information details, fast ticket Redemption process

On our voucher we got via traveloka (mind you, we’re buying The River Pass All Day around 160 baht/person), the limit time for redemption is at 6 pm. We arrived at Sathorn pier around 3.30 pm and somehow they said the last redemption for THAT day is 12 pm and the boat are no longer available. The locals said river are closed for The King but we don’t get any updated information regarding this from the company. We’re hopeless cause there’s literally no CLEAR information AND solution at the site and we don’t have ANY other option but to bought one way ticket to Iconsiam. I know we can’t reschedule and refund the voucher but it is NOT our fault because we came before the designated closing time, should’ve handled it better for matters like this. We just wasted our money. Another tip: just buy the ticket on site.

I recommend going up from 4 or 5 pm if you want to get a sunset view. And you have to be nimble and fast if you want to get a seat at the top

Waiting for the train was a bit long, but the trip was very convenient for sightseeing in the city and moving between famous tourist destinations.

It was wonderful experience to explore chao phraya river, but I always got angry by the woman staff at the iconsiam port, I was just asking which way, and she was yelling at me speaking thailand. I hate her, she is so rude 😭

it's easy to redeem, just find the ticket box and show your QR code, they will scan, or if only manual available there, they will take a picture and they'll issue the ticket for you.

The communication of the staff is not very smooth, it is better to use Google Translate. Don't say that this is valid tomorrow, sometimes they want to make you buy additional tickets. You can get on from Sathorn Pier but I think you can get on from other piers too

easy & fast redeem. but unfortunately the location is a bit hidden in an alley. but after asking the locals, finally found it. the condition of the boat is good, clean & comfortable. recommended to feel another experience in bangkok, avoid traffic jams towards asiatique. next time I want to ride this again when I go to bangkok again.
