When I arrived at KLIA2, I discovered that KLIA Ekspress tickets cannot be purchased in cash. I immediately purchased them via the app upon arrival at KLIA2 at 10:00 PM KL time. My KLIA Ekspres tickets were issued immediately! I simply scanned them at the KLIA Ekspress gate to KL Sentral. Very helpful!
