Using vouchers is easy and practical.

Easy to redeem, punctual schedule, and convenient for first-timers to KL, this is a convenient mode of transportation out of the airport. For me, traveling with my wife, this was the most convenient way to get in and out of KLIA. I didn't have time to take photos, but the train was clean.

The staff were kind and immediately helped me when I was busy carrying my luggage. It turns out that Central Station also has check-in for several airlines, so I didn't have to worry about lugging my luggage to the airport.

I traveled with family, 4 persons, in which it was cheaper to take Grab to go to KLIA1 from KL. However, we decided to try KLIA Express, just to experience it. And, we're happy with our choice. It was a good experience, from departure until arrival, all is good. Convenient and quick.

Just open the PDF boarding pass, then just scan it. Easy peasy. The train is every 20 minutes. It was a bit confusing when I wanted to go to T2, but it turned out that I just had to sit still because I had to transit at T1 first before going to T2.
