Easy ticket exchange, ferry on time, hotel drop off by minivan was okay.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Everyone was smoking everywhere, but the service from the staff was okay.

It would be better if there were photos guide to where to collect ticket/check-in. I had to asked three people to tell me where it is. And, it would be better if the package has "airport transfer" option, as currently it has only to old town or beaches transfer.

transport quality is good.. I wish there is more time choices to go back to Phuket.. so I can have more time in Phi Phi

The quality of service is quite good, the staff is friendly. The ship is clean and the AC is very cold. Get free drinking water and free cut watermelon. Toilet facilities are also quite good. The most affordable prices compared to other ship services. Recommended.
