Punctuality is okay. The departure trip was excellent, but the return trip was not recommended. It was not a 16-seater but a big bus instead (maybe because more customers?). It was not a convenient ride because as I traveled solo, I got stuck with a slightly broken seat and with a big, random, quite unbothered person sitting next to me (pushing and moving around so much in the limited space at it is, also with a strange smell). As the seating is not so large, I was stuck, the seating felt uncomfortable, felt hot, and could not feel the AC flowing because the person next to me was pushing and moving like they didn't care in her world with her big body. Even though tired, I could not sleep during that 1-hour inconvenient return trip.

I got my bus information in less than one hour, but luckily we stayed nearby and were able to reach the bus on time. Customer service was very helpful; she was able to help change my origin booking for return @ 4:30 to 6 p.m., so that we could enjoy more games and sightseeing at Bana Hill.

The bus was on time and we were directed to the pick-up point with the location very clearly conveyed by the driver, complete with photos.

Round trip bus to and from Bana Hills. Atmosphere/Facilities: The bus atmosphere is very comfortable and quiet, the facilities are quite standard. The driver and staff were enthusiastic and helpful. I was not satisfied with booking the ticket through Traveloka. There were two time slots for the trip, but I didn’t have the option to choose, and I had a very unpleasant experience when the staff called and told me that I had to take an earlier trip—even though I had just been woken up by their call. However, they later arranged for me to take the later trip. If possible, you can rent a motorbike or take the public bus instead. I think the prices are quite similar, and you won’t feel pressured by the return bus schedule

The car was clean, very punctual and the driver was very friendly. I was at a different pick-up/drop-off location, instead of having to change vehicles many times, I asked the bus company to support pick-up/drop-off at my hotel and was supported immediately. The bus company does not use a fixed 16-seat bus but depends on the number of passengers booking tickets. My family booked 4 tickets that day (3 adults, 1 child) and was picked up by a 7-seat bus, so it was very comfortable. In addition, the bus company can also change the pick-up/drop-off schedule upon request. Overall, it exceeded my expectations because the service was excellent and flexible. 👍👍👍
