Taking the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo was a smooth and convenient experience. Redeeming the QR code at the ticket gate was very easy—no need to exchange anything at the counter, just scan and go. The signs in the station are also very clear, so finding the correct boarding gate was simple. If you have a reserved seat, I recommend choosing a window seat. That way, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the scenery along the way—including the possibility of seeing Mt. Fuji on a clear day. It really makes the journey more enjoyable. Fast, comfortable, and efficient—a great way to travel between the cities.

Took the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo and it was a great experience. The train was clean, comfortable, and very fast. There’s even a chance to see Mt. Fuji along the way, which made the trip even more special. Thank you to Traveloka for making the booking process simple and convenient. For improvement: Traveloka’s information still says the QR code needs to be redeemed at the counter, but actually you can just scan the QR code directly at the boarding gate. Updating this detail would help future travelers a lot.

Everything is okay, just a bit confused when I wanted to exchange the barcode for a ticket, it turns out it's really simple, just scan the barcode when we enter the door to the train platform like we scan an IC card, then the train ticket will come out straight away.
