For those going to Nusa Penida, the counter was very helpful and friendly. However, for the Sanjaya Fast Boat to Sanur, the counter was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, let alone the boat crew. Highly not recommended.

We were going to Nusa Penida by The Tanis Lembongan fast cruise, from Nusa Penida to Sanur by a different fast boat (Waruna Darma Express). It was a good experience.

The service is very good, we can also adjust our departure time if we suddenly want to change the departure time.

Lady staff in Sanur was very amazing. Nice Captain and crew, clean boat. Just one suggestion, please make the queuing lane much better in Penida. Would be grateful like Sanur!

very thoughtful advice to change tickets and pay more, from before the trip, we asked what the redeem ticket was and was advised that we bought the wrong ticket for the Indo people. Therefore, the consultant gave detailed instructions on how to go to the Ray Fish fast boat office in Sanur. Everything went well for both the trip and the return

all met my expectation. one thing I could not realize that the return tickets were for Indonesian only. thanks to the staff, I could arrange the top up payment at the Ray fish office on date of departure.
