This bus is good and safe to go to Hoi An from Da Nang and vice versa. On Time in pick up and good and friendly staff

Pickup ontime, clean and comfy car

very easy and helpful but maybe the meeting point location map needs some work

A drop-off address was provided at 45 Vo Van Kiet, Da Nang, but the driver did not take the 2 elderly passengers to the correct destination. Have to walk quite a distance.

The car did not take me to the right place even though my place and the car's stopping office were about a few hundred meters apart. While I have a lot of heavy luggage. 1 large suitcase, 3 handbags. I had to push my luggage for a while in the hot sun. I feel like for such a price, if we don't deliver it to the destination, the service is not complete.
