This is the first time I booked a Batam Singapore ferry ticket round trip through the app. The ticket purchase process is easy, and how to redeem tickets at the ship agent counter is also clear. My suggestion is to add an option for Horizon ferries, which can depart from Harbour Bay, so that there are more options for app users.

The ticket exchange process was very fast, the ship was clean, bigger and better than the Indo brand ship, satisfied and did not regret taking the Majestic Fast Ferry even though it was more expensive than the Indo brand ship.

Singapore to Batam Ferry. Smooth and fast trip, under an hour. Boarding was easy, cabin clean, and staff friendly. Loved the sea view along the way, and arrival in Batam was convenient for shopping and food. Great value for a short getaway!
