the motorbike did not match the order. ordered a scoopy but was given a bad vario and uncomfortable to use (dangerous). the provider did not respond to chat/call on the day or after. very bad service. will not order this service again. don't get fooled. it's even cheaper to order directly from Nusa Penida.

Good also the price are affordable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a helmet for our safety :(

There were no helmets and raincoats and the condition of the motorbike was that the brake pedal was hard and the motorbike's power when going uphill was not optimal.

I ordered 2 units... on the day only 1 unit was provided... the money for the other 1 unit would be refunded, but in reality it wasn't.
