Good services, although the check-in process did not went as smoothly as expected. There were shower rooms with amenities that always replenished. variety of sandwiches and salads. and also liquor for those who like to have some drinks.

Cozy place for waiting the departure

My first time using Traveloka, it was easy and user friendly! Traveled with my family. As I am a frequent flyer me and my wife are entitled to a free entry so I had to purchase an additional pass for my daughter. The lounge is mediocre, limited food selection and very crowded as it is a shared lounge with a lot of airlines. Very crowded, and really warm. Hoping to see some improvements in the future.

Food n lounge was ok... Shower room is lacking as it's only 1 booth n have to wait for very long because of this.

Aside from not much food to choose from it very long refill every dishes.

While the front counter had some confusion over traveloka voucher, the experience was good. We came around 3.00pm and the lounge was pack. However, the food was quickly added when it was nearly empty. Staff was very welcoming. Suffient food and drinks to kill 3 hours waiting time. Toilet was clean. Worth to purchase. No smoking room in the lounge except the one that the aiport provide near gate 5. Very pleasant experience.

All went very smoothly showed qr code on my phone and was looked after by a member of the lounge immediately, the lounge was not very full had plenty of space to myself. The food was quite nice couple nice glasses of wine. I a had a very nice refreshing shower toothbrush toothpaste provided. Big fluffy white clean towels. I will definitely come to the lounge again. I recommend this Traveloka experience.
