Come early to the airport and wait in this lounge. Suddenly, the boarding call was announced, time flies.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Comfortable seating while waiting for flight transfers/delays.

The staff is friendly and the explanations are very clear.

Cool.... you can drink as much coffee as you like... and the smoking area is also comfortable.

B grade lounge in terms of space cleanliness and comfort. Food offerings were good but no alcohol . The toilets were very basic. Not worth the roughly $50 AUD. Best go to a cafe or a bar as an option .

The service and the food was excellent.

The food is quite clean and tasty. The seating is quite comfortable for a business trip that requires a layover of more than 4 hours.

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the hot food and cakes. Lounges often cut corners by serving bland, manufactured, or semi-prepared items, but this one felt different. The dishes gave the impression of being supplied by a real kitchen—there was a clear effort to deliver food with authentic flavor, fresh ingredients, and a proper use of spices / 'rempah'.

Well, i give 2 thumbs up for the hospitality. But for the cleanliness and the variety of the foods u guys need to improve it.
