The email containing the QR code for the sim is only sent half a day before the registered day :) but they do not tell you in advance and you have to contact CS for the info. The data limit also not enough if you have to go online for google map the whole day

I use esim bought by the day, it's very convenient and cheaper than other places. Install it on your phone and when you get to Taiwan, just turn on roaming and you can use it right away. Convenient, no need to remove or insert the sim. Good service, so use it.
