The process was very easy and reliable, I just had to show the barcode and passport.

Easy to redeem, but the ejector pin was not provided. 

I bought a StarHub simcard through the app. It's very easy and practical. Just stop by the exchange counter available in all airport terminals. Immediately install the simcard on your cellphone, 100GB internet is awesome. Even when I get home, there's still a lot left. Even though I've tethered it to my family. Thank you.

Saya membeli simcard StarHub melalui app. Sangat mudah dan praktis. Tinggal mampir loket penukaran yg tersedia di seluruh Terminal bandara. Langsung pasang simcard di handphone, internet 100GB pun josss. Hingga pulang pun msh sisa banyak. Pdhal sudah saya tethering ke keluarga. Makasih.
