This review is specifically for the Concourse C lounge. This is a smaller satellite lounge. It doesn't have its own bathroom (you have to exit the lounge and use the bathroom across the hall). That was pretty disappointing when we wanted to get changed. Obviously no showers either. The USB charging ports were really janky – they had loose connections and didn't always work. The food was pretty average – the halal food was nice though. Friendly staff. Not too busy. I'm sure the main Miracle lounges are nice, but they need to do a better job of showing what each lounge has. We went to this one due to proximity to our gate but had no idea what to expect until we got there. Room for improvement, but it was a lot better than the gate!

It was okay. I went during a festival, so it was very crowded. The food was alright, but I wish there was more variety.

Easy to redeem to voucher by doing the qr code. There are variety of good selection with Thai and intercontinental choice. The lounge is not too crowded with a lot of seats selection as well.

The childrens area was well-designed and kept my kids entertained while I relaxed. It was nice to have a dedicated space for them which allowed me to unwind without worrying about them being bored

The lounge offers a nice variety of beverages from coffee to cocktails. I decided to try a mocktail while I relaxed and it was refreshin. There were also plenty of options for soft drinks, which was great for someone like me who doesn't drink alcohol.

Spending time in this lounge was a nice change of pace from the usual airport hustle. I left feeling much more relaxed than when I arrived.

Bringing a kid to this lounge turned out to be a great help. They have a good selection of food and the atmosphere is kid-friendly. My kid was able to play while waiting.

The food selection was surprisingly good. I had some hot meals along with a variety of snacks that kept me satisfied. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. It felt great to enjoy a decent meal before my flight instead of the usual airport fast food. The dining area was clean and well-organized makin' it easy to find what I want...

The layout encourages mingling, but you can also find quiet spots if you need some alone time. It caters to all kinds of travelerrr

This VIP lounge is very comfortable. The room is spacious with soft sofas, so you can rest well. The wifi is also fast so I can browse while waiting for my flight

The lounge is definitely worth the visit. It made my airport experience much more enjoyable and hasslefree

After using the shower facilities i felt like a new person. Its amazing what a little refresh can do for your mood while travelingg

the staff at the lounge were really friendly and helpful. when i arrived, they greeted me warmly and guided me through the amenities available. i had a question about the food options and they were quick to provide recommendations. their attentiveness made the experience feel personal.

It just so happened that the lounge was very quiet at that time, the staff was also helpful. So it was a super nice experience to rest here for a while.

Had to wait for a 10-hour flight at that time, then it turned out that when I opened the Traveloka application, there was this ticket. I immediately ordered it and thank God I could rest first without hanging around at the airport.
