I ordered an Australian 4G SIM card, the payment was deducted, but I didn't receive the QR code or any notification via email. I called customer service and they said I entered the wrong email address, which is why I didn't receive the QR code. I requested a refund, but they refused, saying it was my fault. Then they went completely silent and didn't resolve the issue. I swear I will never use their service again and will tell my friends not to. I'm going to expose this so others can consider this carefully.
