Nice place and good value for the money

Loved being right at the Galleria. It was quieter than I expected being next to a highway. The coffee in the room was good. Didn’t love the parking situation. Not many spots near the hotel. Had to park in the orange garage and walk with our luggage (I’m not about to let a sweaty stranger get in my car). There were short hairs all over the bathroom floor when we got there…we all have very long hair so not ours. The pillow shams, dust ruffles and gravy colored blanket probably need to be replaced; pilled and some stains. The shower head looked cool, but not functional. We all just want a normal shower head with good pressure.

Never found a place to self-park. I personally do not like leaving my Mercedes the Vaet Service at hotels, restaurants or other venues.

Very quiet rooms. Close to shopping and entertainment.

The Service is Exemplary at this Facility. We have stayed with them over 25 years now.

Great hotel....still under remodel construction for a long time...last time we stayed and still this weekend. No BELLHOPS this time also......but clean nice and nice staff.....

Stay was fine. Lots of remodeling going on but it was quiet.

Very loud! Parents/kids could be heard all night. Under construction/ loud… room smelt like mildew… bedding didn’t smell fresh. . Bathroom wasn’t very clean either. Whole experience for 2 nights at 265.00 was disappointing! Front desk ladies didn’t seem to care. Will not be returning.
