Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working was on the 14th floor. Hopefully they will be repaired soon has I mentioned it at the front desk during checkout.

Great folks and great stay

An easy, no fuss stay. Breakfast was quite nice, and pool was good and easily accessible.

The lobby, pool and restaurants were laid out in tiers which made for a pleasant foyer. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great view over the city from the 20th floor. Surprised when a robot delivered some small toiletries to the room. The body wash in the shower was empty but overall, it was a lovely stay.

I gave the check-in agent a low rating because her accent was so strong I struggled to understand what she was saying to me. I had similar comments from family members who phoned the front desk for information. People who work the front desk should speak clear English. as for the room, the TV and the clock had not been put forward one hour for daylight savings time, which meant that I was late for something. What's the restaurant staff that worked my nephew's wedding over the weekend were absolutely excellent and went above and beyond to provide the best Service.

Great location in downtown London. Modern building incorporated into Historical Armoury building. Excellent and quick valet parking offered.

The valet parking was almost $100.00. Too much. The hotel was lovely and the staff attentive.

Room was great , spacious & clean as was the bathroom .... hotel was busy & with only 2 elevators for so many floors there were wait times as was the valet service . Staff @ the front desk @ checkin friendly & helpful

Stayed on the club floor. Was great the evening before for service but the morning was disgusting. When we walked in, every place sitting had multiple plates piled high and garbage everywhere. When I called the front desk to let them know, someone finally came up and instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, he made the excuse he went down to the lobby for 10 minutes. Sorry pal, plates don't accumulate that much in 10 minutes. Was so disgusted we just left and checked out. Not acceptable at all.

We enjoyed a restful weekend away again. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. Staff were always courteous.
