Clean, affordable. Breakfast sucked

Staff was pleasant to deal with and the beds were comfortable. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast as there was a long line and no place to sit. Strange smell in the building. Bathroom floor was sticky. Limited parking. Overall ok but I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe we just caught them on an off night.

Room was quiet w air conditioning on TV remotes didn’t work even after changing w desk 2 times. Finally switched room for our last night there.

Comfortable bed and clean!

I will never stay here. I had a reservation for a room and upon arrival, I got an emergency call informing me I had to return home immediately. I had checked in, gone into the room for less than five minutes and didn’t touch anything. I went to the front desk to explain what happened and they declined to refund any of my money. Also, the hotel was unclean and there were people loitering in the parking lot and drinking alcohol. It was not a safe hotel at all. Awful. Do not recommend if you value your safety and if you have an emergency and need to leave, you will lose all your money. Expedia was not able to help me get my money back either.

Amazing workers very friendly

The staff was friendly. No amenities were on the room, everything was out.. even the toilet paper. The pullout couch had no bedding. Room was clean though.

Previous customer put a rain cap over the fire detector and I was charged and kept my deposit. Making a non-smoker infamously mad. The lady with white hair at the front desk is a witch

Usually a great stay in Cedar Rapids, rough crowd on the weekend, someone thew up right in front of the back door to the parking lot, a little loud with partying

The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. I reserved online but needed to add an extra day. They don’t accept Apple Pay. I paid cash for the extra day and gave a card for incidentals. They ended up charging my card instead of using the money as discussed.

Great place to stay

Pankij is a wonderful host. Polite, complementary, and professional. We came in early and he was able to check us into our room early. We also had occasion to deal with an irate customer and turn him away (some sort of prior incident during a stay - was kept confidential). We were witness to this only because he was so rude and drove off very dangerously.

I stayed in 3 hotels in 5 nights and this was the cleanest most comfortable. The one that was less clean had better breakfast options like eggs and sausage links.
